1. When is my booking confirmed? Can I make a booking and finalize it later?

The moment you do your booking and get your voucher the booking is confirmed. You can cancel it anytime online by going to your account, view bookings. Make sure you cancel all bookings you do not need as soon as possible to avoid late cancellation charges.

2. How do I cancel a reservation ?

Please log on to the website using your username & password
Click on the Search Reservations Button.  You can search all reservations by clients name or confirmation number, or the date you have made the reservation, and click search, when you find the reservation you want to cancel click select, and then to cancel the reservation. Hotel cancellation fees may apply.

3. How do  know that my reservation has been cancelled?

  After your reservation has been cancelled, you will receive an email to confirm your cancellation. If you do not receive the cancellation email, please check your Spam/junk folder to see if the email is there. If you have not received a cancellation email in your inbox or Spam/junk folder, please contact us.
Also when a reservation is cancelled, you will notice it on the reservation status

4. What should I do if my hotel of choice shows "On Request"?

If the hotel you want to book is On Request, proceed with booking normally. We usually confirm most requests in 24 hours and it is the fastest way to get your voucher. If property is not available we will suggest an available alternative which you can then book and confirm immediately.

5. Can I send you special requests via e-mail or fax?

Yes, we do accept your special requests via e-mail or fax for anything not available via the system and we will respond promptly with best option and price.

6. How can I pay for my hotel bookings?

You can pay using your credit card at the time of booking or select to pay later.. You can also pay via bank transfer into our bank account. Make sure your company name and the reservation id shows on the transaction details for proper credit.

7. When do I pay for my bookings?

All payments should be received the latest 3 days before check in. If you pay via bank transfer we need to receive a copy of your payment via fax or e-mail  the latest 3 days before check in. Make sure your company name and the reservation id shows on the transaction for proper credit. All bookings for which we do not receive payment on time will be cancelled without notice. Late cancellation fees might incur based on each hotel policies.

8. How do I get an invoice for my bookings?

All travel agents receive invoices for all bookings via e-mail or fax on the check out date. You do not need to request an invoice.

9. Do rates appear on voucher?

No. Rates do not appear on the voucher you give to your customer.

10. What exactly is included in the rate I see on your system?

The rate you see is NET rate for the number and ages of guests you entered when doing the search. It is the total room rate you pay for the given guests and includes all taxes and meals as displayed.
